AI Progress Notes is an add-on feature on a per-credit basis.  One (1) credit equals one fully transcribed call.

Credits can be purchased individually or in bulk at a discount:

How to start AI Progress Notes:

  1. At the beginning of your session, click More, then Start AI Notes.
  2. Carefully review the Terms of Service, check “I confirm” and click Accept to continue.
  3. Select from the following drop-downs:
    1. Type of Visit
      Follow-up, Consultation, Intake, Discharge, Last/Termination, Couples Counseling, Family Therapy, Child Therapy, and Group Therapy
    2. Written as…
      Choose from an extensive list of professions or the closest to it as possible.  Let AI know in what perspective this report should be written.
    3. Generate Progress Note
      SOAP, DAP, BIRP, GIRP, PIRP, SIRP, PIE, RIFT, CARE, STOP, MINT, FORT, Intake, Group, Couples, and Psychotherapy
If we’re missing an option from the lists above, please contact us and let us know!
  1. Choose if you want a fully redacted transcript included with your report (optional)
  2. Finally, click Start Now to begin transcribing your call.  Everything recorded from now to the end of your session will be used to generate a comprehensive report that can be downloaded soon after your call ends.
Help Tip: Always end your sessions by clicking the End Call button.  Closing your browser window without clicking End Call may delay your report from being generated.

How to manually stop AI Progress Notes

AI Progress Notes will begin processing as soon as you end your call.  However, should you decide to manually stop AI Progress Notes in the middle of a session, click More, then Stop AI Notes.

Your report will begin processing immediately, and you can continue to have your call without transcription running in the background.

How to retrieve completed reports

  1. From your Dashboard, click AI Notes beneath your Client Queue.
  2. Your most recent reports will be listed here, including limited details about each session.
  3. When your report is finished processing, click the Download button.  Reports are available in PDF and Word document file types.
  4. Open the report to see an immersive, comprehensive report of your session, including the Progress Note you requested!
Some reports may take several minutes to generate based on the length and complexity of your session.  HIPAA LINK will send you an email notification as soon as your report becomes available for download.

What information is included in an AI Progress Note?

AI will transcribe your entire call, analyze it's content, and offer the following insights:

Some reports will offer more details based on the Type of Visits selected:

Consultation
  1. Includes a Consultation Note (Reason for Consultation, Summarization, Assessment, Follow-Up, and Recommendation)
  2. Includes Diagnosis Consideration (ofers potential DSM and ICD diagnosis codes as a Primary and Secondary Diagnosis)
Intake
  1. Includes Additional Intake Information (Reason for Intake, Presenting Problem, Risk Assessment, and Potential Diagnosis Code)
Discharge
  1. Includes Discharge Note (Reason for Discharge, Chief Complaint, Most Recent Diagnosis, Treatment Modality and Interventions, and Treatment Goals and Outcome)
Last/Termination
  1. Includes Termination Note (Reason for Termination, Chief Complaint, Most RTecent Diagnosis, Treatment Modality and Interventions, and Treatment Goals and Outcome)
