How To Generate My Business Associate Agreement
- Sign in and go to Settings > Account Settings > BAA tab
- Your Full Name will automatically fill with your Profile name
- Enter your Relationship to Covered Entity (ie. Owner, COO, etc.)
- Enter your Covered Entity name (ie. your name or Organization Name)
- Click Create BAA
Your BAA will automatically download to your PC/Device, fully executed!
