How do I invite clients to my waiting room?

There are many ways you can invite your clients to your waiting room.  Once you create your room link, below are a few simple ways to send your link to your clients.

1. Copy & Paste
  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Under My Room, click the Copy button located to the right of your room link (this will copy the entire link to your clipboard)
  3. Paste the link into the message to your client - Windows (Ctrl + V) or Mac (Command + V)


2. Invite via Calendar, SMS, or Email
Click the Invite button to the right of your room link.



Select the drop-down to choose from Calendar, SMS, or Email.


3. Manually Type Your URL Into The Address Bar
Your link should look like this: "hipaalink.net/<your room name>"
Tell your client to type the link into the browser's address bar at the top of the page, for example:



4. Check-In via Website
If a client is having difficulty finding your room, walk them through our website's check-in page.
  1. Visit www.hipaalink.net
  2. Click Get Started
  3. Click I'm a Patient


Tell the client to type your Room Name in the field below, then click Enter Waiting Room



Important: clients should not add "www" when manually entering your room link in the browser URL.
