How do I create my HIPAA LINK?

You can reserve your personal room link During or After registering your free trial.

Setup Room During Registration
  1. Sign up here:  https://hipaalink.net/register
  2. Fill out your name, email, and password
  3. Verify Your Email
  4. Create Your Room
After verifying your email, a new window will open to create your room.

Type the name you would like to reserve under Room Name URL (see below).

You can continue to customize your waiting room, or scroll down and click the Next button to save your settings.



Your link should look like this: "https://hipaalink.net/<your room name>"

You are now ready to share your link and Host video sessions with your clients!

Setup Room After Registration
  1. Sign in here:  https://hipaalink.net/login
  2. Click Get started


Type the name you would like to reserve under Room Name URL and click Save



If successful and the room name is not already taken, your room will be created.

Click the My Room tab to view your Waiting Room dashboard.



Your link should look like this: "https://hipaalink.net/<your room name>"

You are now ready to share your link and Host video sessions with your clients!
