How do I request a payment?

Before you can request payments from your clients, connect Stripe to your account.

Requesting Payments from the Client Queue
  1. Click the 3-dots next to the client's name in your queue
  2. Select Payment
  3. Enter the Amount and Reason for Visit (optional)
  4. Click Request payment


Requesting Payments During a Video Session
  1. Click the 3-dots inside the client's video window
  2. Select Payment
  3. Enter the Amount and Reason for Visit (optional)
  4. Click Request payment
